Kennett Eagles (Conway, NH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Laconia Sachems (Laconia, NH), 6-4 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stark for a Division II challenge on Friday, May 10.

With the loss, Laconia falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Sachems travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, NH) to battle the Raiders in a Division II challenge on Thursday, May 9. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 3-7.
