Kansas High School Basketball - Goddard can't hold off Buhler
December 5, 2017: Buhler, KS 67522 The Buhler Crusaders basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Goddard Lions to 50 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Crusaders now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Buhler will battle a Cougars team coming off a 62-48 league loss to Maize (Maize, KS). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.
The Lions (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Andover, KS). The Jaguars enter the Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Central nudged Haysville Campus (Wichita, KS), 59-42, in a non-league match.
