California High School Volleyball - Gunderson overwhelmed by Branham

March 15, 2012: San Jose, CA 95118

In Thursday's league battle, the host Branham Bruins volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Gunderson Grizzlies.

The Bruins (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Westmont (Campbell, CA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Westmont lost by Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Grizzlies clash with the James Lick Comets (San Jose, CA) in a Santa Teresa battle, on Tuesday, March 20. Gunderson will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Comets come into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA).
