California High School Basketball - Bear River overwhelms Lindhurst
February 1, 2023: Grass Valley, CA 95949 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Bear River Bruins (Grass Valley, CA) and the visiting Lindhurst Blazers (Olivehurst, CA), saw Bear River's basketball squad wallop Lindhurst by a count of 75-34.
With the victory, Bear River upgrades its record to 11-13 on the campaign. The Bruins host Sutter (Sutter, CA) to play the Huskies in a Pioneer Valley League challenge on Friday, February 3. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 12-12. Sutter won 65-52 in their recent league challenge against Center (Antelope, CA)
Next up, the Blazers play the Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA) in a Pioneer Valley League challenge, on Friday, February 3. Lindhurst will attempt to upgrade on its 5-15 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 2-21 record after their 59-30 league loss to Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA).
