Texas High School Soccer - Sterling overwhelmed by North Shore
February 12, 2019: Houston, TX 77049 The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the North Shore Mustangs (Houston, TX) and the visiting Sterling Rangers (Baytown, TX), saw North Shore's soccer squad triumph over Sterling by a margin of 8-0.
The Mustangs now sport a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to West Brook for a 6A Region 3 District 21 test on Friday, February 15. North Shore will meet a Bruins squad coming off a 5-1 league win over La Porte (La Porte, TX). The Bruins record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Sterling drops to 0-7 on the season. The Rangers host Deer Park (Deer Park, TX) to meet the Deer in a 6A Region 3 District 21 test on Friday, February 15. The Deer come into the test with a record of 7-2. Deer Park won 6-1 in their recent league test against King (Houston, TX)
