California High School Lacrosse - Los Alamitos drops to Westlake
February 15, 2024: Los Alamitos, CA 90720 Westlake Warriors (Westlake Village, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA), 18-11 in a non-league test.
The Warriors now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Loyola for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 20. Westlake will encounter a Cubs team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Cubs record now stands at 1-0.
The Griffins (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Crespi (Encino, CA). The Celts enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Crespi held off Millikan (Long Beach, CA), 15-5, in a non-league test.
