January 25, 2019: Manchester, CT 06040 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Manchester Indians (Manchester, CT) and the visiting Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT), saw Manchester's basketball squad hold off Simsbury by a tally of 41-36.
With the victory, Manchester improves its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Indians host Middletown (Middletown, CT) to confront the Blue Dragons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 26. The Blue Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Middletown lost 74-67 in their recent non-league challenge against Wethersfield (Wethersfield, CT)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Southington Blue Knights (Southington, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 29. Simsbury will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Blue Knights come into the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 50-40 non-league win over New Britain (New Britain, CT).
