Kansas High School Basketball - Crest nips Pleasanton
January 31, 2023: Colony, KS 66015 Crest Lancers (Colony, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Pleasanton Blu-Jays (Pleasanton, KS), 67-63 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Crest upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Lancers travel to Southeast (Cherokee, KS) to play the Lancers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Southeast won 70-24 in their recent non-league bout against Chetopa (Chetopa, KS)
Next up, the Blu-Jays play the Chetopa Hornets (Chetopa, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Pleasanton will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 0-13 record after their 70-24 non-league loss to Southeast (Cherokee, KS).
