September 15, 2018: Clifton, NJ 07013 In Saturday's league game, the Clifton Mustangs (Clifton, NJ) football team tipped the visiting Kennedy Knights (Paterson, NJ), by a score of 33-32.
The Mustangs (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Hackensack (Hackensack, NJ). The Comets come into the North Jersey Super - Liberty Red game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Hackensack was tipped by Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ), 54-42, in a non-league game.
The Knights now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Teaneck for a non-league game on Friday, September 21. Kennedy will battle a Highwaymen team coming off a 34-14 non-league loss to Barringer (Newark, NJ). The Highwaymen record now stands at 1-1.
