Georgia High School Basketball - White County knocked off by Union County
December 3, 2021: Cleveland, GA 30528 The Union County Panthers basketball team scored 75 points and held the host White County Warriors to 66 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Habersham Central for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 7. Union County will battle a Raiders team coming off a 53-34 non-league win over Stephens County (Toccoa, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 4-1.
The Warriors (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA). The Tigers enter the AAA Region 7 contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Dawson County ran past Franklin County (Carnesville, GA), 73-29, in a non-league contest.
