Willows Academy Eagles (Des Plaines, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Elgin Academy Hilltoppers (Elgin, IL), 40-10 in a league bout.

With the win, Willows Academy upgrades its record to 22-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Walther Christian Academy (Melrose Park, IL) to clash with the Broncos in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 15. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 11-11. Walther Christian Academy lost 49-28 in their recent league bout against Chicago Hope Academy (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Hilltoppers clash with the Westminster Christian Warriors (Elgin, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 12. Elgin Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
