Alabama High School Basketball - Plainview tops Huntsville
November 9, 2021: Rainsville, AL 35986 Plainview Bears (Rainsville, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Huntsville Panthers (Huntsville, AL), 64-56 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Plainview upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Austin (Decatur, AL) to play the Black Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 11. The Black Bears come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Austin won 87-54 in their recent non-league bout against Columbia (Huntsville, AL)
Next up, the Panthers play the Lee Generals (Huntsville, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 12. Huntsville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Generals come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 64-28 non-league win over St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL).
