Tatum Eagles (Tatum, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Chapel Hill Bulldogs (Tyler, TX), 76-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tatum upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Little Cypress-Mauriceville (Orange, TX) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Little Cypress-Mauriceville won 52-44 in their recent non-league bout against Jasper (Jasper, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Hardin-Jefferson Hawks (Sour Lake, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 8. Chapel Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 79-73 non-league win over Nixon (Laredo, TX).
