Missouri High School Basketball - Ritenour holds off McCluer North
January 20, 2023: Florissant, MO 63033 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Ritenour Huskies (Overland, MO) and the host McCluer North Stars (Florissant, MO), saw Ritenour's basketball squad hold off McCluer North by a tally of 63-59.
With the victory, Ritenour improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Jennings (Jennings, MO) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Jennings lost 62-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Bolivar (Bolivar, MO)
Next up, the Stars confront the Alton Redbirds (Alton, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. McCluer North will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Redbirds come into the challenge with a 2-16 record after their 71-43 non-league loss to Belleville East (Belleville, IL).
