Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Steelton-Highspire nips Trinity

January 30, 2015: Camp Hill, PA 17011

Steelton-Highspire Steamrollers (Steelton, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Trinity Shamrocks (Camp Hill, PA), 82-78 in a league bout.

With the victory, Steelton-Highspire upgrades its record to 17-2 on the campaign. The Steamrollers travel to Middletown (Middletown, PA) to play the Blue Raiders in a Mid-Penn - Capital bout on Tuesday, February 3. The Blue Raiders come into the bout with a record of 7-14. Middletown won 54-47 in their recent league bout against West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA)

Next up, the Shamrocks play the Conrad Weiser Scouts (Robesonia, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 31. Trinity will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Scouts come into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 54-52 league win over Fleetwood (Fleetwood, PA).
