California High School Basketball - Piner over San Rafael
December 4, 2021: Santa Rosa, CA 95403 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Piner Prospectors (Santa Rosa, CA) and the visiting San Rafael Bulldogs (San Rafael, CA), saw Piner's basketball squad overcome San Rafael by a tally of 60-42.
With the victory, Piner improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Prospectors travel to St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA) to confront the Mustangs in a North Bay - Redwood challenge on Tuesday, January 4. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Branson Bulls (Ross, CA) in a Marin County challenge, on Tuesday, December 7. San Rafael will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Bulls come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 46-44 non-league loss to Montgomery (Santa Rosa, CA).
