April 15, 2023: Austin, TX 78730 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Vandegrift Vipers (Austin, TX) and the visiting Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX), saw Vandegrift's baseball squad knock off Georgetown by a count of 13-3.
Coming up next, the Vipers play the Vista Ridge Rangers (Cedar Park, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 25 battle, on Tuesday, April 18. Vandegrift will attempt to move on its 12-9 season record. The Rangers enter the battle with a 11-12 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Leander (Leander, TX).
The Eagles now possess a 7-11 record. They take the field next when they host East View for a 5A Region III District 23 battle on Tuesday, April 18. Georgetown will play a Patriots squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Hendrickson (Pflugerville, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 12-13.
