Central Crossing Comets (Grove City, OH) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Westland Cougars (Galloway, OH), 27-17 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Central Crossing improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Grove City (Grove City, OH) to battle the Greyhounds in a non-league test on Friday, September 8. The Greyhounds come into the test with a record of 2-1.

With the loss, Westland drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Groveport-Madison (Groveport, OH) to battle the Cruisers in a non-league test on Friday, September 8. The Cruisers come into the test with a record of 1-2. Groveport-Madison won 34-0 in their recent non-league test against Worthington Kilbourne (Columbus, OH)
