The Decatur Seahawks football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Indian River Indians to 0 in the Seahawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Seahawks (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Kent Island (Stevensville, MD). The Buccaneers come into the Bayside 3A/2A challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Kent Island trounced Colonel Richardson (Federalsburg, MD), 42-7, in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Brandywine for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 23.
