The North Cobb Christian Eagles basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Allatoona Buccaneers to 63 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Zion for a A Region 6A contest on Friday, January 19.

The Buccaneers (7-12) will now prepare for their contest against Osborne (Marietta, GA). The Cardinals enter the AAAAAA Region 6 contest with a 1-16 record. In their last contest, Osborne was nudged by Sequoyah (Canton, GA), 88-40, in a league contest.
