St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish (Akron, OH) followers exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH), 8-0 in a non-league battle.

The Fighting Irish now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poland Seminary for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 27. St. Vincent-St. Mary will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 13-7 league loss to Boardman (Youngstown, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
