September 23, 2023: Berwick, ME 03906 The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Lewiston Blue Devils (Lewiston, ME) and the host Noble Knights (Berwick, ME), saw Lewiston's volleyball squad beat Noble by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Lewiston upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Portland (Portland, ME) to play the Bulldogs in a Class A bout on Tuesday, September 26. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Portland won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Lake Region (Naples, ME)
The Knights now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Gorham for a Class A bout on Tuesday, September 26. Noble will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Marshwood (South Berwick, ME). The Rams record now stands at 5-2.
