Valhalla Vikings (Valhalla, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Edgemont Panthers (Scarsdale, NY), 8-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Valhalla upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to Westlake (Thornwood, NY) to battle the Wildcats in a Section 1 Conference 3 - A test on Friday, April 26. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 2-7. Westlake lost 13-5 in their recent league test against Briarcliff (Briarcliff Manor, NY)

With the defeat, Edgemont falls to 2-6 on the season. The Panthers travel to Port Chester (Port Chester, NY) to battle the Rams in a non-league test on Saturday, April 27. The Rams come into the test with a record of 4-5. Port Chester won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Haldane (Cold Spring, NY)
