Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the host North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT), 14-7 in a league battle.

The Warriors now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southington for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 1. Valley Regional will clash with a Blue Knights squad coming off a 9-5 league loss to Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT). The Blue Knights record now stands at 4-4.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds clash with the Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 1. North Branford will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record.
