Ohio High School Basketball - Northwestern topples Columbia

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Northwestern Huskies (West Salem, OH) basketball squad beat the visiting Columbia Raiders (Columbia Station, OH), by a margin of 48-34.

The Huskies (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Chippewa (Doylestown, OH). The Chipps go into the Wayne County outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, Chippewa defeated Western Reserve (Berlin Center, OH), 50-26, in a non-league outing.

The Raiders now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Firelands for a Lorain County 8 outing on Wednesday, December 22. Columbia will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 54-23 non-league win over Lorain (Lorain, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 5-2.
