New Jersey High School Basketball - South Hunterdon ripped by Kittatinny Regional
January 28, 2017: Newton, NJ 07860 The Kittatinny Regional Cougars basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting South Hunterdon Eagles to 33 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 31. Kittatinny Regional will meet a Braves team coming off a 74-30 league win over Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 10-7.
The Eagles (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Princeton Day (Princeton, NJ). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Princeton Day was routed by West Windsor-Plainsboro North (Plainsboro, NJ), 72-36, in a non-league contest.
