The Britton-Hecla Braves basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Leola/Frederick Titans to 44 in the Braves league triumph on Tuesday.

The Braves now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waverly/South Shore for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 27. Britton-Hecla will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 60-46 non-league loss to Webster (Webster, SD). The Coyotes record now stands at 1-8.

The Titans (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Faulkton (Faulkton, SD). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Faulkton ran past Northwestern Area (Mellette, SD), 46-41, in a non-league contest.
