California High School Basketball - La Costa Canyon fells Lincoln
November 20, 2023: Carlsbad, CA 92009 La Costa Canyon Mavericks (Carlsbad, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lincoln Hornets (San Diego, CA), 74-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, La Costa Canyon upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mavericks host Hoover (San Diego, CA) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 21. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Hoover won 92-51 in their recent non-league bout against Helix (La Mesa, CA)
Next up, the Hornets play the Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 21. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 64-60 non-league loss to Mission Bay (San Diego, CA).
