Texas High School Basketball - Frisco prevails McKinney North
December 16, 2011: Frisco, TX 75034 Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX) fans went home content Friday as they observed their basketball team run past the visiting McKinney North Bulldogs (McKinney, TX), 68-54 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Raccoons face the Newman Smith Trojans (Carrollton, TX) in a 4A Region II District 9 game, on Saturday, December 31. Frisco will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 5-3 record after their 46-38 non-league win over Ryan (Denton, TX).
With the defeat, McKinney North moves to 6-3 on the year. The Bulldogs host Rockwall-Heath (Rockwall, TX) to face the Hawks in a 4A Region II District 10 game on Tuesday, December 20. The Hawks enter the game with a record of 5-8. Rockwall-Heath lost 50-44 in their recent non-league game against North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX)
