In Friday's non-league contest, the Lewisburg Patriots (Olive Branch, MS) softball team overwhelmed the host Neshoba Central Rockets (Philadelphia, MS), by a margin of 12-7.

With the triumph, Lewisburg moves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Patriots travel to D'Iberville (D'Iberville, MS) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, March 16. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-5.

The Rockets (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Enterprise (Enterprise, MS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Enterprise edged West Jones (Laurel, MS), 12-3, in a non-league test.
