South Carolina High School Basketball - North Charleston nips Pinewood Prep

North Charleston Cougars (North Charleston, SC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Pinewood Prep Panthers (Summerville, SC), 78-75 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Charleston upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Cougars host Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 8. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Fort Dorchester lost 52-49 in their recent non-league bout against James Island (Charleston, SC)

Next up, the Panthers play the Heathwood Hall Episcopal Highlanders (Columbia, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 7. Pinewood Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Highlanders go into the bout with a 6-0 record after their 50-39 non-league win over Camden Military (Camden, SC).
