Connecticut High School Basketball - Masuk nudges New Milford
January 31, 2022: Monroe, CT 06468 Masuk Panthers (Monroe, CT) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT), 61-54 in a league bout.
With the win, Masuk upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Panthers travel to Bunnell (Stratford, CT) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Southwest bout on Thursday, February 3. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Bunnell won 53-52 in their recent league bout against Weston (Weston, CT)
Next up, the Green Wave clash with the Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) in a Southwest bout, on Thursday, February 3. New Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 60-55 league loss to Bethel (Bethel, CT).
