Michigan High School Basketball - Lakeland fells St. Catherine of Siena Academy
December 13, 2023: White Lake, MI 48383 Lakeland Eagles (White Lake, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Catherine of Siena Academy (Wixom, MI), 46-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lakeland upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Kettering (Waterford, MI) to clash with the Captains in a Lakes Valley bout on Friday, December 15. The Captains go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Kettering lost 44-35 in their recent non-league bout against Kearsley (Flint, MI)
Next up, the clash with the Shrine Catholic Knights (Royal Oak, MI) in a Catholic C-D D bout, on Friday, December 15. St. Catherine of Siena Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 50-24 non-league loss to Royal Oak (Royal Oak, MI).
