Utah High School Basketball - Copper Hills nudges Mountain Ridge

In Friday's league outing, the Copper Hills Grizzlies (West Jordan, UT) basketball squad edged the visiting Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT), by a margin of 64-61.

The Grizzlies (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Bingham (South Jordan, UT). The Miners go into the 6A Region 3 outing with a 15-2 record. In their last outing, Bingham held off West Jordan (West Jordan, UT), 69-51, in a league outing.

The Sentinels now own a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Riverton for a 6A Region 3 outing on Tuesday, February 1. Mountain Ridge will clash with a Silverwolves squad coming off a 56-55 league loss to Herriman (West Herriman, UT). The Silverwolves record now stands at 5-11.
