New Jersey High School Basketball - Bogota knocked off by Midland Park
February 6, 2024: Bogota, NJ 07603 The Midland Park Panthers basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Bogota Buccaneers to 33 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dover for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 7. Midland Park will meet a Tigers team coming off a 54-27 non-league loss to Roselle Park (Roselle Park, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 4-17.
The Buccaneers (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Becton (East Rutherford, NJ). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Becton was outscored by Secaucus (Secaucus, NJ), 59-45, in a non-league contest.
