Indiana High School Basketball - Brebeuf Jesuit Prep holds off North Vigo
January 16, 2010: Indianapolis, IN 46268 Brebeuf Jesuit Prep Braves (Indianapolis, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting North Vigo Patriots (Terre Haute, IN), 61-59 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Brebeuf Jesuit Prep upgrades its record to 5-10 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Carmel (Carmel, IN) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 21. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a record of 11-4. Carmel lost 67-40 in their recent non-league game against Young (Chicago, IL)
With the defeat, North Vigo moves to 7-10 on the year. The Patriots travel to Warren Central (Indianapolis, IN) to face the Warriors in a Metropolitan game on Saturday, January 23. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 14-4.
