Union City Bears (Union City, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Iroquois Braves (Erie, PA), 11-3 in a league test.

With the win, Union City upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Bears host Rocky Grove (Franklin, PA) to battle the Orioles in a District 10 Region 3 test on Monday, April 17. The Orioles come into the test with a record of 0-5. Rocky Grove lost 9-2 in their recent league test against Youngsville (Youngsville, PA)

With the defeat, Iroquois falls to 2-3 on the season. The Braves travel to Maplewood (Guys Mills, PA) to battle the Tigers in a District 10 Region 3 test on Monday, April 17. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Maplewood lost 13-1 in their recent league test against Saegertown (Saegertown, PA)
