Washington High School Basketball - Sedro-Woolley ripped by Lakewood
January 8, 2024: Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284 The Lakewood Cougars basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Sedro-Woolley Cubs to 18 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cougars now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington-Edison for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12. Lakewood will battle a Tigers team coming off a 52-45 non-league win over Ferndale (Ferndale, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.
The Cubs (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sehome (Bellingham, WA). The Mariners enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Sehome triumphed over Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA), 44-20, in a non-league contest.
