The Omaha Northwest Huskies basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Omaha North Vikings to 30 in the Huskies league triumph on Friday.

The Huskies now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Omaha South for a A District TBD contest on Friday, January 28. Omaha Northwest will battle a Packers team coming off a 56-30 league loss to Benson (Omaha, NE). The Packers record now stands at 2-10.

The Vikings (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE). The Monarchs enter the A District TBD contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Papillion-LaVista was routed by Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE), 52-48, in a league contest.
