Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA) and the visiting Central Hawks (Talbotton, GA), saw Taylor County's basketball squad overcome Central by a tally of 50-39.

With the victory, Taylor County improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Vikings host Schley County (Ellaville, GA) to play the Wildcats in a A Public Region 5 challenge on Tuesday, December 14. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Schley County won 38-32 in their recent league challenge against Macon County (Montezuma, GA)

Next up, the Hawks play the Greenville Patriots (Greenville, GA) in a A Public Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, December 14. Central will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
