Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Villa Joseph Marie topples Academy Park
January 12, 2017: Sharon Hill, PA 19079 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Villa Joseph Marie Jems (Holland, PA) basketball squad beat the host Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA), by a margin of 47-34.
The Jems (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against St. Basil Academy (Fox Chase Manor, PA). The go into the Catholic Academies outing with a 14-0 record.
The Knights now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Upper Darby for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 14. Academy Park will clash with a Royals squad coming off a 57-27 league loss to Harriton (Rosemont, PA). The Royals record now stands at 0-10.
