Michigan High School Basketball - Pioneer tops Pinckney
February 25, 2022: Pinckney, MI 48169 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Pioneer Pioneers (Ann Arbor, MI) and the host Pinckney Pirates (Pinckney, MI), saw Pioneer's basketball squad knock off Pinckney by a tally of 48-38.
With the victory, Pioneer improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Western (Parma, MI) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 1. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 9-10. Western won 68-42 in their recent league challenge against Lumen Christi Catholic (Jackson, MI)
Next up, the Pirates play the Powers Catholic Chargers (Flint, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 3. Pinckney will attempt to improve on its 6-13 season record.
