Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Creighton Prep Junior Jays (Omaha, NE), 4-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Millard South upgrades its record to 18-7 on the season. The Patriots travel to Gretna East (Gretna, NE) to battle the Griffins in a non-league test on Monday, April 22. The Griffins come into the test with a record of 14-5. Gretna East won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Omaha North (Omaha, NE)

With the defeat, Creighton Prep falls to 12-11 on the season. The Junior jays travel to Benson (Omaha, NE) to battle the Bunnies in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 23.
