In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Washington Demons volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Tri-County Trojans.

The Demons (14-15) will now prepare for their battle against WACO (Wayland, IA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, WACO went down by Winfield-Mt. Union (Winfield, IA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
