Wisconsin High School Basketball - Appleton West fells Sun Prairie
December 28, 2016: Sun Prairie, WI 53590 Appleton West Terrors (Appleton, WI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sun Prairie Cardinals (Sun Prairie, WI), 54-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Appleton West upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Terrors travel to Oshkosh West (Oshkosh, WI) to clash with the Wildcats in a Fox Valley bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-4.
Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Madison Memorial Spartans (Madison, WI) in a Big Eight bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Sun Prairie will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 43-38 non-league win over La Salle (Cincinnati, OH).
