Ohio High School Basketball - Elgin falls to Columbus Academy

January 3, 2023: Marion, OH 43302

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Columbus Academy Vikings basketball team scored a good 48-34 triumph over the Elgin Comets.

In their next game, the Vikings meet the Worthington Christian Warriors (Worthington, OH) in a Mid-State - Ohio match, on Saturday, January 7. Columbus Academy will attempt to better on its 10-0 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 8-2 record after their 72-69 non-league win over River Valley (Caledonia, OH).

With the defeat, Elgin moves to 6-4 on the year. The Comets travel to Benjamin Logan (Bellefontaine, OH) to meet the Raiders in a non-league match on Saturday, January 7. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 0-7.
