In Friday's league game, the Franklinton Rams (Franklinton, NC) football team smashed the host Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC), by a final score of 62-20.

The Rams (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Hunt (Wilson, NC). The Warriors come into the Big East 3A game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Hunt was trounced by Southern Nash (Bailey, NC), 63-6, in a league game.

The Knights now hold a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fike for a Big East 3A game on Friday, October 26. Northern Nash will battle a Demons team coming off a 42-21 league loss to Rocky Mount (Rocky Mount, NC). The Demons record now stands at 2-6.
