Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Washington Township Senators (Valparaiso, IN) and the host Hammond Central Wolves (Hammond, IN), saw Washington Township's basketball squad wallop Hammond Central by a tally of 77-43.

With the victory, Washington Township improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Senators host Wheeler (Valparaiso, IN) to play the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 15. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Wheeler lost 55-10 in their recent non-league challenge against New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN)

Next up, the Wolves play the Valparaiso Vikings (Valparaiso, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 15. Hammond Central will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 54-30 non-league win over Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN).
