In Thursday's non-league game, the Hazel Park Vikings (Hazel Park, MI) football team smashed the visiting University Prep Panthers (Detroit, MI), by a score of 50-14.

The Vikings (1-0) will now prepare for their game against North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI). The Raiders come into the Oakland - Blue game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, North Farmington was ripped by Harrison (Farmington Hills, MI), 41-0, in a non-league contest.
