Kansas High School Basketball - St. Mary's Academy fells Royal Valley
January 25, 2025: Hoyt, KS 66440 The St. Mary's Academy Crusaders basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Royal Valley Panthers to 39 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Crusaders now have a 6-8 record. They play next when they host University Academy Charter for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. St. Mary's Academy will confront a Gryphons team coming off a 52-51 non-league win over Cornerstone Family (Topeka, KS). The Gryphons record now stands at 3-9.
With the loss, Royal Valley falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Riley County (Riley, KS) to confront the Falcons in a Big East game on Friday, January 31. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 3-8.
